If you are an investigator in one of our recruiting TRUFFLE2 Sites, we are always available to you for any comments, questions or queries.

Q&A Hotline

Once a month we run a dop-in video call Hotline, where all sites are welcome to come and ask any questions they may have. It is a great chance to hear from other centres about how recruitment is going, and learn from any problems they may be facing. These are informal sessions and anyone from the site is welcome to join. The link to the Q&A Hotline is emailed out to all centres with a reminder before each session. If you are from a recruiting site and you have not received this invite, please let us know.

If you would prefer to speak over the phone, or your query is urgent, please feel free to call us on the TRUFFLE2 Helpline +44 (0)20 7594 8698. This phone is manned by a different research team member each day.

Video call

Each TRUFFLE2 Site has their designated Link Midwife who is on hand to help and support with recruitment or any other aspects of the trial. We are always happy to arrange video calls where we can go over recruitment, database entry, screening logs, or anything else. We can also provide refresher training to your site if you have new members of staff or just think it would be helpful. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange this.
